Headed by Stefania, originally from Bologna, who makes no compromises in quality, as she firmly believes that the best tasting food can only be prepared from the best quality ingredients. Bao-bun super heroes: Sauce Boss (Jamie Johnston) and Bun Hun (Debbie Orr) have taken the Auckland food scene by storm in recent years with their modern take on the Chinese classic: bao. The hedonistic flavor combinations come from extensive research, creative thinking and Jamie’s18-years of experience working alongside the likes of Al Brown and Michael Meredith. These handmade from scratch bao buns will give you the strength you need to taste more wine!

The Chocolate Bar
They are specialist importers of a range of the world’s best bean-to-bar chocolates. Be sure to go visit Luke (the Chocolate guru) and buy up a storm from his stand upstairs – right next to the bar!
